1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Floorin Gmadeez website at flooringmadeez.com and the games on it (together, the "Service"). "We", "us" and "our" mean Floorin Gmadeez. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Who can use the Service
- You must be 18 or older and live in the United Kingdom.
- You must not use the Service if doing so would break any law that applies to you.
- We may ask you to confirm your age or location, and we may restrict or close any account where we reasonably believe these rules aren't met.
3. A free entertainment service
All 31 games are our own original games, hosted by us and shown inside our game pages. You can play every game without an account. Some features, such as coins, the daily bonus, levels and a recently played list, are only available with a free account.
4. Your account
- You may hold one account only. The details you give us must be true and kept up to date.
- You can sign up with an email address and password, or with Google. Keep your password private and don't share your account.
- Tell us straight away through our contact page if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- You can sign out, change your password or permanently delete your account at any time from your account page.
5. Coins and levels
- Coins and levels ("floors") are virtual features for entertainment only. They have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for money, goods or anything of value.
- Any coins or credits shown inside an individual game are separate from your account balance and also have no value.
- We may change how coins, bonuses and levels work, or correct balances that are wrong because of an error, at any time.
- Coins and levels end when your account is closed or deleted.
6. Acceptable use
When using the Service you must not:
- use bots, scripts or automated tools to play, collect bonuses or create accounts;
- try to access other people's accounts, our server, or any part of the Service that isn't meant to be public;
- interfere with, overload or try to break the Service or its security;
- copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute our games or content;
- send abusive, unlawful or misleading messages through our forms.
7. Our games and content
The games, artwork, text, logos and software on the Service belong to Floorin Gmadeez or our licensors. You may use them only to play on this website for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
8. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Service running, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change, pause or remove games or features, and we may carry out maintenance at any time.
9. Breaks, restrictions and closure
You can ask us to pause, restrict or delete your account at any time through Player Care or our contact page. We may suspend or close an account if these Terms are broken, if we suspect misuse, or if we believe continuing to play may not be in your best interests.
10. Our responsibility to you
The Service is provided free of charge and "as is". Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss or for loss of data, coins or levels.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make important changes we'll show a notice on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although you may also bring proceedings in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
